Knowing that we were playing for a birthday party at Horsebridge station (sadly axed by Dr Beeching) we thought the event should be recorded and the title of this album is, I think, self explanatory!

It turned out to be a fine hot sunny June day with just enough cooling breeze so the selection of tunes is light hearted “Happy Music” representing a small section of our repertoire.

Acoustic Jass on 27 April 2003 was the first band of the year; to play on the recently constructed bandstand in Romsey Memorial Park . We thought it ought to be recorded and, apart from wind noise on some of the tracks, it is a tribute to the design of the structure that it sounds as if it had been recorded inside.
